| Spanish abstract | Esta investigación presenta los resultados de validación de dos cuestionarios de competencia del juicio moral. El primero, el Cuestionario de Problemas Sociomorales Gerenciales y Empresariales, el CPSGE, y el segundo, el Cuestionario del Juicio Moral, CJM. Esto mediante la discusión teórica de sus fundamentación y el análisis básicamente de cuatro criterios: el orden de preferencias, la estructura cuasi-simplex, el paralelismo cognitivo-afectivo y la significación de una tarea moral complicada. El análisis de estas pautas mostró incumplimiento de validez de ambos instrumentos, contradiciendo investigaciones anteriores y demandando un acatamiento fehaciente de los criterios en cada dilema del cualquiera de los dos test |
| English abstract | This investigation presents the validation findings of two questionnaires on moral judgement competence. The first one, the Entrepreneurial and Managerial Sociomoral Problems Test, the EMSPT and the second one, the Moral Judgment Test, MJT. This by means of the theoretical discussion of their foundations and the analysis on their empirical validation: the order of preferences, the structure cuasi-simplex, the cognitive affective parallelism and a complicated moral task. The analysis of these criteria showed a breach of validity of both instruments, contradicting previous investigations and demanding to fulfill each one of the criteria in every dilemma of both tests |
