| English abstract | The impact of family violence that exists in society, especially in Peru, seeks to interpret feelings, thoughts and actions experienced by the victims of this social phenomenon. The objective of the article was to analyze the social phenomenon (family violence) at the national level, its social impact on personal fulfillment. The methodology was of qualitative approach, of basic research, oriented to the analysis from the jurisprudential interpretative inquiry, for which 189 articles of indexed journals with projection in Latin America were searched under terms such as "family violence" "feminicide" "gender violence", among others. As a result of the research, it became evident that it is women who have suffered acts of violence, causing them harm and contempt in society. It was deduced that the causes and the increase of family violence in Peru require a deep analysis, proposing solutions that in the medium and long term benefit women victims of family violence |
| Spanish abstract | El impacto de la violencia familiar que existe en la sociedad, especialmente en Perú, busca interpretar sentimientos, pensamientos y acciones que viven las víctimas de este fenómeno social. El objetivo del artículo fue analizar el fenómeno social (violencia familiar) a nivel nacional, su repercusión social en la realización personal. La metodología fue de enfoque cualitativo, de investigación básica, orientada al análisis desde la indagación interpretativa jurisprudencial, para lo cual se buscó 189 artículos de revistas indexadas con proyección en Latinoamérica bajo términos como "violencia familiar" "feminicidio" "violencia de género", entre otros. Como resultado de la investigación se evidencio que son las mujeres las que han sufrido actos de violencia, causándoles un daño y desprecio en la sociedad. Se dedujo que las causas y el incremento de la violencia familiar en Perú requiere un profundo análisis, planteando soluciones que a mediano y largo plazo beneficien a las mujeres víctimas de violencia familiar. |
