| Spanish abstract | Concebir una sociedad y un Estado ideal semejaría la vida de un completo paraíso, en donde todo está dicho y hecho. La llegada a ese lugar utópico es el resultado de una construcción que se amolda en primera instancia por el tiempo, y segundo por el espacio en donde dicha sociedad se desarrolla. La pregunta es: ¿estamos como sociedad en ese punto de meta, o todavía queda porción de tiempo y espacio para llegar allí? La respuesta la tiene cada sociedad de lado con la institucionalidad, de cómo se han transdisciplinado, de cómo se han atendido y aceptado, de cómo han diseñado la normatividad, de cómo se ha adquirido la conciencia social que facilitase la comunión y entendimiento entre ellos |
| English abstract | Conceiving a society and an ideal State would resemble the life of a complete paradise, where everything is said and done, the arrival to that utopian place is the result of a construction that is molded in the first instance by time and second by the space inwhere this society develops, the question is: are we as a society at that goal point, or is there still a lot of time and space to get there?, the answer is each society side with institutionality, how they have been transdisciplined,how they have addressed and accepted, how they have designed the regulations, how they have acquired the social conscience that facilitated communion and understanding between them |
