| Spanish abstract | El delito de agresiones en contra las mujeres o integrantes del grupo familiar es un tipo penal complejo y de difícil comprensión debido a la riqueza lingüística de sus términos que trata de unificar una diversidad de significados, los que no necesariamente provienen del ámbito penal, sino también, médico, psicológico y otros fundamentalmente extraídos de la «Ley para prevenir, sancionar y erradicar la violencia contra la mujer y los integrantes del grupo familiar» N° 30364, publicada el 23 de noviembre de 2017, por ello, aun sin la existencia de bibliografía nacional que los aclare desde el punto de vista netamente penal, he decidido afrontar el reto, con lo que espero colaborar con la interpretación de este dispositivo penal y, como no, colocar cada caso que se presente en su digno lugar en estricto, pues, la tipicidad y un Estado Democrático de Derecho, así lo requiere |
| English abstract | The crime of assaults against women or members of the family group is a complex criminal type that is difficult to understand due to the linguistic richness of its terms that tries to unify a diversity of meanings, which do not necessarily come from the criminal sphere, but also, medical, psychological and other fundamentally extracted from the “Law to prevent, punish and eradicate violence against women and members of the family group” No. 30364, published on November 23, 2017, therefore, even without the existence of national bibliography that clarifies them from the purely criminal point of view, I have decided to face the challenge, with which I hope to collaborate with the interpretation of this criminal device and, of course, place each case that is presented in its worthy place strictly, since, typicity and a Democratic State of Law, requires it |
