| Spanish abstract | Hoy en día se aprecia un aumento de las situaciones de bullying entre los adolescentes. En el entorno educativo se toman medidas de distinta índole para conseguir detectar estas situaciones y así poder atajar el problema del acoso. Una de las formas de solucionar este problema es mediante la interacción entre el alumnado en actividades conjuntas o a través protocolos de mediación. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue evaluar y analizar el uso del Kenbudo como recurso educativo para aumentar el fair play y disminuir las conductas disruptivas para evitar el acoso entre adolescentes. Para ello se realizó una intervención de dos sesiones de Kenbudo. Participaron un total de 173 estudiantes de primero y segundo de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) de dos centros educativos de la provincia de Alicante. Por un lado, se observaron diferencias significativas en las dos variables irresponsabilidad y bajo compromiso, ya que aumentaron con la actividad y, por otro lado, la variable victoria que disminuyó en el grupo experimental |
| English abstract | Nowadays, there is an increase in bullying situations among the adolescent. In educational environments, different measures are taken in order to detect these situations and, therefore, be able to deal with the problem of bullying. One of the ways to solve this problem is through the interaction among students in joint activities or through mediation protocols. The objective of this research was to analyse the use of Kenbudo as a way to increase fair play and reduce disruptive behaviours and thus, reduce bullying among adolescents. Owing to this fact, a performance of two Kenbudo sessions was carried out. These two attitudes have been studied since they have a direct relationship in bullying situations. A total of 173 students of first and second Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) from two educational centers in the province of Alicante was surveyed. On the one hand, significant differences were observed in the two variables studied low commitment and irresponsibility as they increased with the activity; on the other hand, the other variable, victory, decreased in the experimental group. | Portuguese abstract | Hoje, há um aumento de situações de bullying entre adolescentes. No ambiente educacional, são tomadas diferentes medidas para detectar essas situações e, assim, serem capazes de enfrentar o problema do bullying. Uma das maneiras de resolver esse problema é através da interação entre os alunos em atividades conjuntas ou através de protocolos de mediação. O objetivo da presente investigação foi avaliar e analisar o uso do Kenbudo como recurso educacional para aumentar o fair play e diminuir comportamentos perturbadores, a fim de evitar o bullying entre adolescentes. Para isso, foi realizada uma intervenção de duas sessões de Kenbudo. Participaram um total de 173 estudantes de primeiro e segundo ano do ensino médio obrigatório (ESO) de dois centros educacionais da província de Alicante.
