| Spanish abstract | La Ciudadanía propuesta por la Filosofía Hermenéutica rebasa al multiculturalismo. Detecta las insuficiencias de soluciones pre-filosóficas: ciudadanía cosmopolita, republicana, comunitarista, diferenciada, cultural y liberal. Como buen efecto del oficio hermenéutico, esta Ciudadanía asume y fusiona igualdades y diferencias en un proyecto de no mera asimilación. Establece la fusión de cuatro horizontes clave: sentido de pertenencia a una delimitada comunidad; acuerdo en derechos y obligaciones de un proyecto identitario; derecho a participar en política, es decir, autoconcebirse como co-legisladores y la validación de un derecho sólo si adapta y transforma las circunstancias en vistas a intereses. En consecuencia, privilegia el derecho de oportunidad por encima del de posesión; haciendo propio lo extraño, al margen del Estado o la comunidad. Esta Ciudadanía alcanza, por empatía hermenéutica, a cada quién en su especificidad para otorgarle la subsidiariedad de un derecho categorial. De esta manera invita a tratar al otro como sí mismo |
| English abstract | The citizenship of the Hermeneutic Philosophy surpasses the multicultural proposals. Detects the lack of pre-philosophic solutions: Cosmopolitan, republican citizenship, communitarian and liberal. Like a consequence of the hermeneutic job, this citizenship assumes and fuses equalities and differences in a project of not mere assimilation. It establishes the merging of four key horizons: sense of belonging to a defined community; an agree in rights and obligations of an identifier project; the right to take part in politics, in other words, self-conceive as co-legislators and the validation of a right only if the circumstances are adapted and transformed according to the interests. In consequence, gives the right of opportunity over the right of possession; making the strange our own, at the edge of the State or the community. This citizenship reaches, by hermeneutic empathy, to each one specifically in order to grant him the subsidiarity of a categorical right. In this way, it is an invitation to treat others as you would yourself |
