| English abstract | In this paper we seek to understand how the philosophy developed for C. S. Peirce (1838-1914), conceive relations between notions as phenomenon, sign and cognition. Initially, we will argue the peircean phenomenology has the field of experience and knowledge for which the philosophical thought if initiates. Then, we will look for to understand the phenomenological correlations between quality, relation and mediation. Later, we will see as Peirce conceives the nature of the semiotics instances that compose the sign and its action (the semiosis) in the experience. Finally, considering the interdependence between phenomenology and semiotics, we will approach the peircean perspective about the paper of the cognition and the sign in the constitution of the mental experience |
| Portuguese abstract | Neste artigo buscaremos compreender como a filosofia desenvolvida por C. S. Peirce (1838-1914) concebe relações entre noções como fenômeno, signo e cognição. Inicialmente, discutiremos a Fenomenologia peirceana como o campo de experiência e conhecimento pelo qual o pensamento filosófico se inicia. Então, procuraremos compreender as correlações fenomenológicas entre qualidade, relação e mediação. Posteriormente, veremos como Peirce concebe a natureza das instâncias semióticas constituintes do signo e de sua ação (a semiose) na experiência. Por fim, considerando a interdependência entre fenomenologia e semiótica, abordaremos a perspectiva peirceana sobre o papel da cognição e do signo na constituição da experiência mental |
