| English abstract | In the first book the Social Contract, Rousseau prepares those who would be the real foundations of the political State. Keeping away from his Discourse on the origin and basis of inequality among men, in which the author makes a hypothetical description of the emergence of the moral, social and political condition degraded man, the philosopher of Geneve will point in your Social contract, the logical conditions to support legitimately. Mantendo distância de seu Discurso sobre a origem e os fundamentos da desigualdade entre os homens, em que o autor faz uma descrição hipotética do surgimento da condição moral, social e política degradada do homem, o filósofo genebrino apontará, em seu Contrato Social, as condições lógicas para fundamentar legitimamente o Estado.
