| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo de reflexión expone el desarrollo jurisprudencial del Sistema Interamericano de Protección en materia de reparación de víctimas. Esta importante doctrina ha logrado tener influencia sobre varios ordenamientos jurídicos de los Estados partes dentro del sistema, de tal suerte que se propende aplicar los criterios utilizados por la jurisprudencia constante de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos para lograr la reparación integral a favor de las víctimas de violaciones a los derechos humanos que vayan más allá de la mera indemnización monetaria, sino que logre satisfacer los derechos a la verdad, a la justicia y la reparación con todas las medidas que de dichos derechos se derivan |
| English abstract | This article is about the jurisprudential development of the Inter-American System of Protection for reparation to victims of armed conflict. This important doctrine has managed to have influence on several legal regulations of the States inside the system, in such a way that it is tended to apply the criteria used by the current jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human rights, in order to accomplish integral reparation to victims of armed conflict violating human rights. It seeks to provide them not only with a financial compensation, but to defend the rights to the truth, justice and reparation with all the actions that should be taken from the above mentioned rights |
