| Spanish abstract | La investigación tuvo como objetivo general Determinar la incidencia de la gestión administrativa y el liderazgo inciden en el programa presupuestal 068, la investigación es de tipo básica de diseño no experimental transversal, la muestra fue realizada a 143 unidades ejecutoras del sector salud, se utilizó la técnica de muestreo no probalistico, porque se buscaba su representatividad en el estudio, para la recolección de los datos se aplicó cuestionario tipo Likert, que consto de 74 preguntas,análisis de los datos conenfoque cuantitativo y la metodología utilizada fue hipotético –deductiva y para el análisis estadístico de los datos recolectados se utilizó el programa SPSS 26.0con un resultado de significancia de 0.05, (p=1,000).Concluyéndose que la gestión administrativa y el liderazgo inciden en el programa presupuestal 068 en las Unidades Ejecutoras del sector salud 2020, la prueba verosimilitud del modelo final cuya significancia de los coeficientes de los parámetros son menores a 0.05, la ratio de probabilidad de chi –cuadrado de bondad de ajuste fue de 63,668, con un valor de significancia de 0,000, p < 0,05 (valor teórico establecido) y el índice de Nagelkerke que se obtuvo fue un valor de 62, 8% lo cual presentó un ajuste bueno |
| English abstract | The research had as its general objective Determining the impact of administrative management and leadership affect the budget program 068, the research is of basic type of cross-cutting non-experimental design, the sample was carried out to 143 executing units of the health sector, the non-probalistic sampling technique was used, because its representativeness was sought int he study, the collection of the data, Likert-type questionnaire was applied,which contained 74 questions analysis of the data with quantitative approach and the methodology used was hypothetical –deductive and for the statistical analysis of the data collected the SPSS26.0 program was used with a significance result of 0.05,(p-1,000). Concluding that administrative management and leadership influence budget program 068 in the Executing Units of the health sector 2020, the plausibility test of the final model whose significance of the coefficients of the parameters is less than 0.05, the probability ratio of chi-square goodness of fit was 63.668, with a significance value of 0.000, p <0.05 (established theoretical value) and the Nagelkerke index that was obtained was a value of 62.8%, which presented agood fit |
