| Spanish abstract | Este trabalho é fruto da pesquisa desenvolvidapor graduandos de Licenciatura em Geografia, bolsistas de Iniciação Científica (IC), doInstituto Federal da Bahia (IFBA). Propusemo-nos a analisar três obras de diferentes suportes: o romance O Primo Basílio, de Eça de Queirós, publicado em 1878, a minissérie e o filme homônimos,de1988 e 2007, respectivamente, ambos dirigidos por Daniel Filho. Das três narrativas, elegemos quatro personagens femininas —Luísa, Leopoldina (Leonor, no filme) Juliana e Joana —e selecionamos e comparamos cenas que delineiam o feminino e seus espaços, nas três obras. Para analisá-las, consideramos conceitos da geografia e da sociologia, que nos permitem pensar o feminino e seus corpos como elementos estruturados e estruturantes na relação com os espaços sociais. As performances —verbais e não verbais —das personagens nos permitem vislumbrar os padrões ideológicos da estruturação do feminino e de seus espaços de circulação nas narrativas. Nesse sentido, literatura, cinema e TV são considerados como lugar de manifestação social e seu estudo, análise e problematização se dão pela inter-relação entre o texto e a sociedade, o presente e o passado, o imaginário individual e o coletivo |
| English abstract | This analysis is the result of the work developed by supervised students of Scientific Initiation (SI), undergraduate in Geography, at the Federal Institute of Bahia (IFBA). We proposed to analyze three works from different sources: the novel O Primo Basílio, by Eça de Queirós, published in 1878, the miniseries and the film, homonyms, from 1988 and 2007 respectively, both directed by Daniel Filho. Of the three narratives, we selected four female characters -Luísa, Leopoldina (Leonor, in the film) Juliana and Joana -selected and compared scenes that outline the feminine and their spaces in the three works. In order to analyze them, we consider concepts of geography and sociology, which allow us to think of the feminine and their bodies as structured and structuring elements in relation to social spaces. The performances -verbal and nonverbal -of the characters allow us to glimpse the ideological patterns of the feminine structure and its spaces of circulation in the narratives. In this sense, literature, cinema and TV are considered as places of social manifestation and their study, analysis and problematization are due to the interrelationship between the text and society, the present and the past, the individual and collective imaginaries |
