| Spanish abstract | Este artículo representa una reflexión acerca de los derechos humanos de las familias migrantes en tránsito por México, particularmente sobre el derecho a la salud ante la pandemia causada por el virus SARS-CoV-2. En primer lugar, se analiza el contexto actual de las familias migrantes Centroamericanas en tránsito por México, posteriormente se revisa la afectación del derecho a la salud de dichas familias desde un enfoque de derechos humanos. Finalmente, se realiza un análisis descriptivo del impacto que ha tenido la pandemia causada por la COVID-19 en América Latina a través de la crítica a las vulnerabilidades que actualmente sufren los migrantes centroamericanos a raíz de la declaración de emergencia sanitaria mundial |
| English abstract | This article represents a reflection on the human rights of migrant families in transit through Mexico, particularly on the right to health in the face of the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In the first place, the current context of Central American migrant families in transit through Mexico is analyzed, and then the impact on the right to health of those families is reviewed from a human rights perspective. Finally, a descriptive analysis of the impact that the pandemic has had in La in America is carried out by the criticism of the vulnerabilities which Central American migrants constantly suffer as a consequence of the declaration of a global health emergency |
