| Spanish abstract | El propósito del estudio es determinar a través del discurso universitario en ocho (8) testigos de excepción (Upel y Unet), la relación saber-poder subyacente en estructuras asociadas a la investigación y producción de saberes del Subsistema de Investigación de la Universidad (SIU). Se elabora un marco referencial conformado por la revisión crítica de las visiones sobre el saber: contextual, teórica, ontológica, epistemológica y metodológica. En lo contextual, se ubica el objeto de estudio en el espacio sistema-universidad y subsistema de investigación, junto a las entidades que definen la relación saber-poder. Lo teórico incluye las categorías saber, poder, discurso y teoría estructura-lista, que apoya e interpreta desde sus miradas el objeto investigado. Se asume una postura ontológica dinámica, construida, múltiple y compleja. Se emplea el enfoque cualitativo de tipo fenomenológico y hermenéutico. Se localizan estructuras subyacentes, como los inconscientes colectivos y las representaciones sociales que son la base para el sustrato conceptual y teórico que propone el manejo del cambio en lo organizacional, mediante la recuperación del mundo de la vida, una ética de la liberación y la mirada axiológica liberadora |
| English abstract | T he aim of this study is to determine the underlying knowledge-power relationship in structures associated with research and knowledge production of the University Research Subsystem (SIU) through the university perspective of eight (8) exceptional witnesses (UPEL and UNET). A referential frameworkis drafted as a result of the critical analysis of the points of view on knowledge: contextual, theoretical, ontological, epistemological and methodological. As regards to the context, the object of study is located in the field of university-system and the research subsystem, together with the bodies that define the knowledge-power relationship. The theoretical part includes the categories of knowledge, power, thought and the ready-structure theory which supports and interprets from their points of view the object of research. The research takes a dynamic ontological, constructed, multiple and complex stand. It applies the qualitative approach of the phenomenologic and hermeneutical type. It locates underlying structures such as the collective unconscious and social representation which support the conceptual and theoretical substrate that foster change as far as organization is concerned by means of regaining the world of life, a liberation ethics and a liberating axiological look |
| Other abstract | L e but de cette étude est de déterminer par le biais du discours universitaire de huit (8) témoins exceptionnels (UPEL et UNET) la relation savoir – pouvoir sous-jacente dans des structures liées à la recherche et productions de savoirs du Sous-système de Recherche de l’Université. On élabore un cadre référentiel constitué de la révision critique des visions sur le savoir : contextuelle, théorique, ontologique, épistémologique et méthodologique. Concernant l’aspect contextuel, on situe l’objet d’étude dans l’espace système – université et dans le sous-système de recherche, accompagné des entités définissant la relation savoir – pouvoir. L’aspect théorique englobe les catégories savoir, pouvoir, discours et théorie structure – liste qui appuie et interprète l’objet recherché. On assume une posture ontologique dynamique, structurée, multiple et complexe. On emploie l’approche qualitative phénoménologique et herméneutique. Sont localisées des structures sous-jacentes telles que les inconscients collectifs et les représentations sociales qui sont la base du principe conceptuel et théorique proposant la conduite du changement selon une perspective organisationnelle à travers la récupération du monde de la vie, une éthique de la libération et le regard axiologique libérateur |
