English abstract The goal of this work was to find a planning model to manage an improvement on the researching magazines edition, having like case of study the Cientific magazine from ESIME, between the first bimonthly of 1997 and the six one of 2000. After analysing different planning models, Hazan Ozbeckhan model was chosen due to it lets detect, in the first place, the problematic of the system, whereas other models consider the problem detected, and with these basis, they propose a solution. The Hazan Ozbeckhan planning model is a five-stages model. The first stage is the projection of reference in which the problem of the system is detected by using Kawakita-Jiro (TKJ) , Analytical Hierarchy and Pareto's principle techniques. The use of these techniques lets to detect ten relevant problems and their causes
