| Spanish abstract | El sujeto, según Judith Butler, es el sitio donde se pone en escena la paradoja del sujeto-agente y el sujeto-sujetado. El sujeto es subordinación a la Ley del afuera y, al reprimir su propio deseo, autosubordinación. En ambos movimientos de embotamiento, el sujeto resulta ser, aporéticamente, la afirmación de su propio cuerpo. La socialización exige cierta subordinación del deseo y, al mismo tiempo, un particular tipo de sujetos deseantes. El no subordinado es socialmente desconocido o discriminado. El cuerpo resulta central en toda exclusión: son la piel, el sexo y cómo disfruta el cuerpo lugares donde la diferencia se juega como motivo de violencia |
| English abstract | The subject, following Judith Butler, is the scenery where the paradox of the subjected-subject and the agent-subject is played. The subject is subordination under the outside Law, but also, by repressing its own desire, self-subjugation. In both enervating operations, the subject appears to be, aporethically, the affirmation of its own body. Socialization demands subordination of desire and, at the same time, particular desiring subjects. Any subject defiant to these requirements suffers from social discrimination. The body appears to be central in exclusion: skin color, sex and how the body enjoys are places where difference plays itself as a motive for violence |
