| English abstract | The central subject of this study is the insertion and performance of the nursing in the nursing consultation to aged, looking for a better life quality for him. In the thirty and two forms of nursing consultation we found about the age, illness of base, medications, origin and survey the problems of nursing in the aged ones in the period of six months. The results demonstrate the aged is around 71 years old, they live in Niterói in the majority, directed for the doctor and also for other aged who participate in the nursing consultation. They use at least two medications and they present problems that can to harm his independence and autonomy. In the nursing consultations the nurse respects the aged’s knowledge. The conclusion is the performance of the team of nursing in the EPIGG contributes to improve the life’s quality of the aged |
| Portuguese abstract | A Avaliação Transdisciplinar, segundo uma abordagem de transformação e aprimoramento, visa a contribuir para a construção de novos processos avaliativos que permitam a identificação de propostas de avaliação, suas ações, resultados, alternativas de intervenções e melhorias, retornando aos avaliados com possibilidades reais de mudanças e crescimento. Com a visão de adequabilidade à realidade de cada instituição e, a partir das várias funções da avaliação apresentadas por Afonso (2000), dos pressupostos de Dias Sobrinho (2002) e das diretrizes de Penna Firme (1994), buscamos construir um ambiente de Avaliação como processo contínuo de transformação |
