| Spanish abstract | Durante la vida de explotación de los pozos petroleros, es muy común enfrentar diversos problemas para el manejo de la producción, los cuales habrá que superar para poder lograr una continuidad operativa y así mantener los ritmos de producción. Es importante tomar en cuenta que ningún pozo es igual a otro, pero suelen presentar un comportamiento en ocasiones, muy similar. Estas dificultades existen y se presentan muy a menudo, debido al tipo de yacimiento, características de la formación, composición de las fases (líquida y gaseosa), al tipo de instalaciones sub-superficiales y superficiales, proceso y etapas de separación y complejidad de los sistemas de transporte o red de ductos. Este trabajo tiene la finalidad de dar a conocer y presentar la forma en que fue corregido un problema de formación de hidratos y congelamiento en instalaciones superficiales (por Efecto Joule Thomson); así como también, dar a conocer el uso de una herramienta de aplicación, estranguladores de fondo, para eliminar estos problemas en pozos del Campo Gaucho, en el Activo Integral Macuspana-Muspac. En este tema se desarrolló y presenta una nueva aplicación de uso de los estranguladores de fondo, como dispositivos de control para eliminar problemas de congelamiento en pozos e instalaciones superficiales, con excelentes resultados. Se podrán observar las repercusiones que se venían presentando en el desarrollo de las operaciones y trabajos de campo, el impacto sobre la seguridad al tratar de restablecer las condiciones, así como la forma y análisis técnico realizado con personal de diferentes áreas para eliminar la problemática que se presentaba en líneas de descarga y red de ductos de transporte. Estos eventos de congelamiento de líneas o ductos resultaban ser muy peligrosos, ya que se ponía en riesgo la integridad física de personal e instalaciones. | English abstract | During the life of exploitation of the petroleum wells, is very common to face diverse problems for the managing of the production, which it will be necessary to overcome to be able to achieve an operative and like that continuity support the paces of production. It is important bear in mind that no well is equal to other one, but they are in the habit of presenting a behavior in occasions, very similar. These difficulties exist and they present very often, due to the type of reservoir, characteristics of the formation, composition of the phases (liquid and gaseous), to the type of sub-superficial and superficial facilities, process and stages of separation and complexity of the systems of transport or network of ducts. This work has the purpose of announcing and presenting the form in which a problem of formation was corrected of hidratos and freezing in superficial facilities (for Effect Joule Thomson); as well as also, to announce the use of a tool of application, Stranglers of Bottom, to eliminate these problems in wells of the Gaucho oilfield, in the Integral Assets Macuspana-Muspac. In this topic it developed and he presents a new application of use of the Stranglers of Bottom, as devices of control to eliminate problems of freezing in wells and superficial facilities, with excellent results. Will be able to be observed the repercussions that they were coming presenting in the development of the operations and fieldworks, the impact on the safety on having tried to restore the conditions, as well as the form and technical analysis realized with personnel of different Areas to eliminate the problematics that one was presenting in lines of unload and network of ducts of transport.
