English abstract The plates with circular holes study has been investigated by G Kirsch since 1890, from Howland, Youngdahl (1) etc. to Troyani (3). The following analysis is a contribution in this direction. Circular holes are stress concentrators, thus is very important to make a complete analysis of the behavior of plates with holes, especially the circular ones. Companies such as NASA and Boeing share studies and research about their aircrafts fuselage behavior, because of the stresses they are submited. A photoelastic analysis delivers very important results to the designer, and if it is added to a numeric analysis, you have a high certainty result. As we will see in the results obtained, the designer will be able to use tables, graphics, parametric studies and patterns that will help him analyze this type of plates under a linear slope load, a non registered case
