| Spanish abstract | El siguiente artículo muestra un acercamien-to de la lógica difusa a las pruebas de hipótesisestadísticas, las cuales son una herramientainferencial para determinar si una afirmacióndel valor de un parámetro de una poblacióndebe ser rechazada o no. Las técnicas estadísti-cas clásicas para realizar pruebas de hipótesisposeen una limitante importante, ya que no semuestra algún grado de cumplimiento de lamuestra utilizada frente a la población de inte-rés. La aplicación difusa pretende brindar, aquien evalúa una muestra de una población, unvalor que indique el grado de cumplimiento dela afirmación, con el fin de tomar decisionesacerca de la muestra |
| English abstract | This paper shows a fuzzy logic approach tounivariate statistical hypothesis testing. Thistests are an inferential tools to determinewhether a statement about the value of apopulation’s parameter should be rejected ornot. Classical statistical techniques used inhypothesis testing have an important limitation,because does not show the fulfillment level ofthe used sample faced with the population ofinterest. The fuzzy application wants to offer,to the appraiser of a sample of a population, avalue that indicates the fulfillment level of thestatement, in order to improve the decisionsmaking about the sample |
