| English abstract | This article aims to create and validate an instrument able of measuring the level of Individual Digital Inclusion. To achieve this research described a quantitative and descriptive study and in respect the data collection, a survey was conducted. As to methodological terms, the procedure was divided into two steps. The first was the construction of a digital inclusion index individual - able to check the level of digital inclusion of an individual. The second was to validate the index, using statistical methods. The construction of the research instrument was made based on models and theories on the subject. As contributions this work, it is possible to cite the development of an instrument for measuring the level of individual digital inclusion. And also, a method for identifying individuals with the same approximation of digital inclusion level, in other words, internally homogeneous groups and separation into different groups with different levels of those including digital, that is, groups heterogeneous with each other |
| Portuguese abstract | Este artigo teve como objetivo criar e validar um instrumento capaz de mensurar o Nível de Inclusão Digital Individual. Para atingir o objetivo dessa investigação, foi conduzido um levantamento do tipo survey , de natureza quantitativa e caráter descritivo. Ainda quanto aos aspectos metodológicos, o procedimento foi dividido em duas etapas. A primeira tratou da construção de um índice de inclusão digital individual - capaz de verificar o nível de inclusão digital de um individuo. A segunda foi a validação do índice, através de métodos estatísticos. A construção do instrumento de pesquisa se deu com base em modelos e teorias sobre o tema. Como contribuições desse trabalho, cita-se a elaboração de um instrumento que possibilita a mensuração do nível de inclusão digital individual. Além de um método para identificação e aproximação dos indivíduos com mesmo nível de inclusão digital, ou seja, grupos homogêneos internamente, bem como separação em grupos diferentes daqueles com diferentes níveis de inclusão digital, ou seja, grupos heterogêneos entre si |
