| English abstract | It presents questions concerning the contribution of integrating the principles of Information Architecture, considering the organization, navigation, labeling and search syst ems, and, the Usability and Accessibility in information access. Refl ects on access, especially aft er the implementation of the General Law of Access to Infor mation under the Federal Exec utive Decree No. 7.724/2012. Considers that the Information and Communication Technologies should be used to facilitate access to all users, regardless of their physical or cognitive limitations, although it may be perceived potential barriers, even considering the recommendations of the Brazilian government through the web standards in Eletronic Government |
| Portuguese abstract | Apresenta questões referentes à contribuição da integração dos princípios da Arquitetura da Informação, considerando os sistemas de organização, navegação, rotulação e busca, e, a Usabilidade e Acessibilidade no acesso a informações. Refl ete sobre o acesso, sobretudo após a regulamentação da Lei Geral de Acesso a Informações no âmbito do Poder Executivo Federal, pelo Decreto nº 7.724/2012. Considera que as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação devem ser utilizadas para facilitar o acesso a todos os usuários, independente de suas limitações físicas ou cognitivas, embora possa se perceber possíveis barreiras, mesmo considerando-se as recomendações do governo brasileiro através dos padrões web em Governo Eletrônico |
