| English abstract | Archival institutions justify their reason for existing through an essence: to provide access to information in physical or electronic documents of a particular institutional or personal body. The theories and practices surrounding this access issue have built the trajectory of archival from ancient times to the present. Considering this panorama of its essence, this article seeks to systematize a theoretical approach of the Post-Custodial Archives (theoretical section of the area that advocates the access question) with the archival information retrieval tool: Functional Thesaurus (vocabulary of organic-functional language). The research universe consists of the scientific literature in the period from 2000 to 2016 with the terms functional thesaurus, post-custodial archival, organic-functional language and controlled archival vocabulary in the sections title, abstract and keywords of the works, in Portuguese, Spanish and English, with post-custodial archives and functional thesaurus. For the analysis of the data, the Bardin content analysis method is used, grouping in Ranganathan’s PMEST categories. It was verified that the thematic of the functional thesaurus did not find in the literature scientific works within the established methodological parameter, whereas in the post-custodial archives, 12 works were recovered. It can be verified that the latter has, as energy that moves it, the terminological instruments in the prism of the access. Thus, there is an approximation of the post-custodial strand with the functional thesaurus. It was found that there is a need for studies that deepen the field of language in the perspective of access to archival information |
| Portuguese abstract | As instituições arquivísticas justificam sua razão de existir por meio de uma essência: fornecer acesso às informações em documentos físicos ou eletrônicos de um determinado organismo institucional ou pessoal. As teorias e práticas em torno dessa questão do acesso tem construído a trajetória da arquivística dos tempos antigos até os atuais. Considerando esse panorama de sua essência, esse artigo busca sistematizar uma aproximação teórica da Arquivística Pós-Custodial (vertente teórica da área que preconiza a questão do acesso) com o instrumento de recuperação da informação arquivística: Tesauro Funcional (vocabulário da linguagem orgânico-funcional). O universo de pesquisa é constituído pela literatura científica no periódo de 2000-2016 com os termos tesauro funcional, arquivistíca pós-custodial, linguagem orgânico-funcional e vocabulário controlado arquivístico nas seções título, resumo e palavras-chave dos trabalhos, nos idiomas português, espanhol e inglês, com temática da arquivística pós-custodial e tesauro funcional. Para a análise dos dados utiliza-se o método de análise de conteúdo de Bardin, agrupando nas categorias PMEST de Ranganathan. Verificou-se que a temática do tesauro funcional não encontrou na literatura trabalhos científicos dentro do parâmetro metodológico estabelecido, enquanto que na temática da Arquivística pós-custodial recuperou-se 12 trabalhos. Pode-se constatar que esta última possui enquanto energia que a move os instrumentos terminológicos no prisma do acesso, dessa forma, há uma aproximação da vertente pós-custodial com o tesauro funcional. Constatou-se que há necessidade de estudos que aprofundem o campo da linguagem na ótica do acesso à informação Arquivística |
