| Spanish abstract | La presente nota técnica abarca cálculos que permiten la reconversión del valor aeroportuario delQNH (hPa) de aviación en su correspondiente valor de presión atmosférica P (hPa) con ayuda de la atmós-fera estándar OACI y de la altitud H (msnm) del aeropuerto. Esta reconversión permite obtener datos ho-rarios de presión atmosférica que por lo general son difíciles de obtener en tiempo real a partir de datos deQNH de fácil obtención vía Internet. Los datos de presión aeroportuaria se pueden usar en varia aplicacio-nes como la calibración de barómetros portátiles y la estandarización de volúmenes gaseosos en las in-dustrias cercanas a los aeropuertos |
| English abstract | The present technical note embraces calculations to reconvert the aviation QNH into atmosphericpressure with the help of the OACI standard atmosphere formulae and the airport altitude. That reconver-sion permits the gathering of hourly real time pressure data of unusual acquisition from hourly QNH dataeasy to obtain by Internet. The pressure data might be used in applications such as the calibration of ba-rometers and the standardization of gaseous volumes |
