| Spanish abstract | La interculturalidad se caracteriza por ser un proceso dinámico de relaciones evolutivas entre distintos grupos culturales, es así como el tema de la educación intercultural bilingüe en Chile ha sido una discusión permanente en las últimas décadas, esto se debe en gran parte al hecho de que las políticas educativas a nivel global que han apuntado directamente a conceptos como la equidad a nivel general en el área educación, con énfasis en la reivindicación hacia los pueblos indígenas de Chile. Desde esta perspectiva, en esta investigación se realizó una apreciación concisa sobre cuáles son las implementaciones y acciones concretas que se están llevando a cabo en el área de preescolar en torno al tema intercultural bilingües. La investigación se desarrolló bajo el paradigma cualitativo, método etnográfico dentro del marco del análisis descriptivo a través de herramientas de recolección de datos que permiten una visión cualitativa de los procesos de selección y transmisión de contenidos interculturales, utilizando al mismo tiempo diferentes métodos de observación en conjunto con intencionales- intervenciones que buscan profundizar la información reunida en primera instancia a través de instrumentos tales como entrevistas formales e informales. Se manifiesta la existencia de distintos factores de oportunidad para fomentar la relación y negociación entre condiciones de respeto, legitimidad, simetría, equidad e igualdad, en una realidad diversa e inclusiva |
| English abstract | Interculturality is characterized by being a dynamic process of evolutionary relationships between different cultural groups, this is how the issue of bilingual intercultural education in Chile has been a permanent discussion in recent decades, this is largely due to the fact that the educational policies at a global level that have directly targeted concepts such as equity at a general level in the education area, with an emphasis on the vindication of the indigenous peoples of Chile. From this perspective, in this research a concise assessment was made of what are the implementations and concrete actions that are being carried out in the preschool area around the intercultural bilingual theme. The research was developed under the qualitative paradigm, an ethnographic method within the framework of descriptive analysis through data collection tools that allow a qualitative view of the processes of selection and transmission of intercultural content, while using different observation methods in joint with intentional - interventions that seek to deepen the information gathered in the first instance through instruments such as formal and informal interviews. The existence of different opportunity factors is manifested to promote the relationship and negotiation between conditions of respect, legitimacy, symmetry, equity and equality, in a diverse and inclusive reality |
