English abstract The forms of work constitute the content of the educational transformations in the III Improvement of the National Education System and within these, the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) must be managed by the educational institution. In this investigation, the management of the PEI was carried out in two moments: in the first, the awareness and preparation of the Board of Directors was carried out through the Cooperated and Combined consultancy. The second was inserted in the stages of the work system between the months of September and October. It was aimed at raising awareness and preparing all those who participate (September), as well as accompanying management and technical bodies in the deployment of management (October). The actions were characterized by the leading participation of all members of the educational institution, the family and the agents of the community in decision-making. At this time, the different responsibilities that the Board of Directors granted to the management and technical bodies in the management process of the PEI and its fundamental activity focused on the monitoring, control and evaluation of the results of its execution.
Spanish abstract Las formas de trabajo constituyen el contenido de las transformaciones educacionales en el III Perfeccionamiento del Sistema Nacional de Educación y dentro de estas, el Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI) se debe gestionar por la institución educativa. En esta investigación se realizó la gestión del PEI en dos momentos: en el primero se realizó la sensibilización y preparación del Consejo de dirección mediante la consultoría Cooperada y Combinada. El segundo se insertó en las etapas del sistema de trabajo entre los meses de septiembre y octubre. Estuvo dirigido a la sensibilización y preparación de todos los que participan (septiembre), así como el acompañamiento a los órganos de dirección y técnicos en el despliegue de la gestión (octubre), Las acciones se caracterizaron por la participación protagónica de todos los miembros de la institución educativa, la familia y los agentes de la comunidad en la toma de decisiones. En este momento, es de suma importancia, las diferentes responsabilidades que el Consejo de Dirección le otorgó a los órganos de dirección y técnicos en el proceso de gestión del PEI y su actividad fundamental se centró en el seguimiento, control y evaluación de los resultados de su ejecución.Abstract:The forms of work constitute the content of the educational transformations in the III Improvement of the National Education System and within these, the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) must be managed by the educational institution.
