| Spanish abstract | El artículo estudia a la Nueva Acción Pública (NAP), un partido efímero que existió en Chile a inicios de la década de 1930. El trabajo reinterpreta las versiones que señalan que la NAP nació bajo la influencia directa de la Alianza Popular Revolucionaria Americana (APRA) y del Partido Aprista Peruano (PAP). Además, se analizan la organización y la estructura del movimiento chileno, las conspiraciones en que estuvieron envueltos sus militantes y las influencias ideológicas y políticas que tuvo desde el momento de su fundación, en 1931, hasta su fusión en el Partido Socialista de Chile en abril de 1933 |
| English abstract | This article studies Nueva Acción Pública (NAP: New Public Action), an ephemeral party which existed in Chile at the beginning of the nineteen thirties. The aim is to reinterpret versions which claim that the NAP was born under the influence of the Popular Revolutionary Alliance of America (APRA) which became the Peruvian Aprista Party (PAP).
