English abstract | In 1955, the “Liberating Revolution” demolish Juan D. Peron´s government, opening a stage of proscription and political pursuit. In 1957 the revolutionary government called to constituent conventions in the provinces created at the end of the Peronism. The Rio negro convention translated conceptions of the social constitutionalism crossed by tensions linked with the exclusion and the lack of political freedoms |
