| Spanish abstract | El objetivo que se persigue con la realización de este trabajo, consiste en el diseño de un software que genere de forma automatizada el Informe de Planificación Mensual por equipos en una línea de producción. Este documento sirve para evaluar la gestión de mantenimiento en plantas industriales, basándose en una serie de indicadores asociados a la planificación [2]. Esta herramienta fue concebida bajo el lenguaje de programaciónVisual Basic y se apoya de una potente base de datos, como lo es Access 2003 [5]. Para el diseño de este programa se procedió al desarrollo de cuatro etapas las cuales se describen a continuación: la primera consistió en el diseño de una ventana para el registro de equipos y repuestos asociados a la línea de producción en estudio. La segunda se fundamentó en el diseño de una ventana que permite el ingreso de materiales y repuestos para ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento [2]. La tercera etapa consistió en generar la ventana vinculada a la Orden de Trabajo y, la última, está representada por la ventana que permite procesar toda la información asociada al Informe de Planificación Mensual [6]. Entre las conclusiones más relevantes destaca que el desarrollado es versátil y sirve de ayuda para evaluar y tomar decisiones a tiempo en el escenario industrial, lo cual se traduce en un ahorro de tiempo en la gestión del mantenimiento. El resultado más importante en este trabajo se refiere a la disposición de una herramienta computacional que tendrá un mayor control sobre los equipos y una mejor capacidad de respuesta |
| English abstract | The objective that follows the execution of this work consists in a software design that generates in an automatized form, the monthly planning report of equipments. This document is to evaluate the maintenance of the industrial plants, based in a sequence of indications related to monthly planning. This tool was conceived by Visual Basic programming language and it supports itself from a powerful data base as such as Access 2003. In order to design this program the procedure consisted in the development of four steps: first step consists in the design of a window applied to the registration of equipments and replacements associated to the studied line of production. The second step contemplates the design of a window that allows the entrance of material and replacements to execute the maintenance activities. The third step consisted in a window linked to an order of work, and the last one is represented by the window that allows processing all the information associated to the monthly planning report. Among the most relevant conclusions is that the software developed is practical and it helps to evaluate and take decisions on time in the industrial platform, what can be translated in a saving of time at the maintenance work.
