| Spanish abstract | El carácter del escritor ruso Fiódor Dostoievski fue analizado a través de su obra y su biografía por Sigmund Freud en su artículo “Dostoievski y el parricidio” (1928). En el presente trabajo se contextualiza la noción de parricidio con el fin de enfatizar el lugar que ocupa el texto sobre Dostoievski en la teoría freudiana de los afectos y de qué manera el texto literario es considerado por Freud como un indicio similar a las formaciones del inconsciente. Asimismo, bajo la línea conceptual del parricidio se presenta brevemente el caso del fotógrafo Philippe Halsman cuyo desarrollo judicial fue contemporáneo a la escritura que el psicoanalista hizo de Dostoievski |
| English abstract | RussianwriterFyodorDostoyevsky’s character was analyzed through his work and biography by Sigmund Freud in the article “Dostoyevsky and parricide” (1928). This paper gives context to the notion of parricide as a way to highlight how the text about Dostoyevsky embodies the Freudian Theory of Affects and also how Freud considers the literary work to be akin to the formation of the unconscious. Also under the same concept of parricide, this paper briefly presents the case of photographer Philippe Halsman, whose judicial proceedings took place during the same period when Freud was writing his article on Dostoyevsky |
