| Spanish abstract | El texto propone, desde una revisión de la obra y escritura del artista Jorge White, una conceptualización de la mirada en el dibujo. Con ello presenta la complejidad de la traza del dibujante cuando ha traspasado la escena de lo representativo a partir del ejercicio mismo de la línea como enrostración. A partir de lo que White ha llamado etnografía de la imagen desborda las prefiguraciones de lo dibujado a partir una investigación-creación sustentada en el valor de decolonizar la mirada. La ciudad de Pasto al suroccidente de Colombia es continente y contingencia de esta experiencia, dada la configuración de un dibujo que particulariza la relación del otro a partir de su propia exposición |
| English abstract | The text proposes, from a review of the work and writing of the artist Jorge White, a conceptualization of the look in the drawing. This presents the complexity of the draftsman's drawing when he has crossed the scene of the representative from the very exercise of the line as enrostración. From what White has called the ethnography of the image, it overflows the prefigurations of what is drawn from a research-creation based on the value of decolonizing the gaze.
