| Spanish abstract | Dando continuidad a la investigación y reflexión acerca del espíritu de los lugares en Mérida que inicé con Cumbres: en busca de su espíritu presentado en el Foro Paisaje y Cultura 2018, retomo la idea de que mis reflexiones sobre el espíritu del lugar parten de mi recorrido como paseante-habitante de la ciudad y la reflexión de la ciudad como espacio-paisaje a partir del sentido del lugar. En esta ocasión sigo la experiencia del espíritu del lugar en el corazón de Cumbres, es decir su casco urbano, pero ahora amplío mi visión hacia la cosmovisión andina merideña. | English abstract | Continuing the research and reflection on the spirit of places in Merida that I started with Cumbres: in search of its spirit presented at the 2018 Landscape and Culture Forum, I return to the idea that my reflections on the spirit of the place start from my journey as a walker-inhabitant of the city and the reflection of the city as a space-landscape based on the sense of place.
