| English abstract | This article points out that the construction of the work regarding mental health evolves a symbolical repetition of the originary Freudian experience. It is considered the Other’s function, which the medical field represented for the freudian path, making the construction of the Psychoanalytic field feasible. It has been said that the mental health context provides the emergency of the identifications with the ideals of the medical field and, eventually, the psychoanalyst's resistance. It is emphasized that the psychoanalyst´s permanent formation is the reference capable of providing the supporting of the analyst’s desire and the presence of the analyst’s discourse in mental health institutions. It is concluded that the analyst’s role is providing the emergency of the lack from the meeting with the existing differences |
| Portuguese abstract | O artigo destaca que a construção do trabalho do psicanalista na saúde mental envolve uma repetição simbólica da experiência freudiana originária. Considera-se a função de Outro, que o campo médico representou para o percurso freudiano, viabilizando a construção do campo psicanalítico. Afirma-se que o contexto da saúde mental propicia a emergência das identificações com os ideais do campo médico e, conseqüentemente, das resistências do psicanalista. Destaca-se que é a formação permanente do psicanalista, a referência capaz de viabilizar a sustentação do desejo do analista e a presença do discurso do analista nas instituições de saúde mental. Conclui-se que a função do analista é favorecer a emergência da falta a partir do encontro com as diferenças aí presentes |
