| English abstract | This work derives from the investigative psychoanalysis postulated by Freud and Lacan what takes a subject the passage to an infringement act, mainly the crimes named as "Oedipian" by Lacan, from his own speech produced by the subject in the singularity of his act. As we listened to a large number of subjects in this setting, it appeared that the decision to commit this type of crime stemmed from the presence of lingering feeling of guilt and oppression. The clinic determined that punishment was a way to relieve the subject of the feeling associated with the guilty act. By way of punishment, the subject pays society what he owes. This is a form of justice. However, there is something that remains priceless in this process. That is, the act of psychoanalysis itself, as the device which offers the subject relief. In this way the subject is able to respond to that which eludes him. This study was performed and articulated by a psychoanalyst in a public clinic and obviously outlines and supports the psychoanalyst's own position |
| Portuguese abstract | Este trabalho surgiu a partir da investigação, na via da Psicanálise postulada por Freud e Lacan, de o que leva um sujeito à passagem ao ato delituoso, particularmente os crimes ditos edipianos, por Lacan, a partir do próprio discurso produzido pelo sujeito na singularidade do seu ato. A escolha desse tipo de crime deve-se ao fato de termos escutado, em grande número de sujeitos, a presença de um opressivo sentimento de culpa, tomado no eixo clínico, como determinando o ato, visando à punição como forma de alívio. O sujeito pode pagar com sua “pena” o que deve à justiça e à sociedade, entretanto há algo que permanece impagável. O dispositivo psicanalítico oferece condições para que o sujeito possa responder por aquilo que lhe escapa. Como esse estudo foi pensado e articulado a partir da escuta da analista a adolescentes num ambulatório público, a questão do lugar do analista é evidentemente abordada |
