| English abstract | Within the frame of reference of the research project on the "Process of Philosophy in Colombia", inspired by the original idea of Jaime Vélez Sáenz and whose purpose is the preservation of the national philosophical memory, a reflection on the theme of humanism is proposed in a secularizing sense and that can be contrasted with the traditionalist vision of it based on the Latin heritage, exemplified by the work of the lawyer José María Rivas Sacconi. For this purpose a presentation of the vision of humanism based on the Latin heritage is made and then a key reading of two representative authors of the socalled Philosophical Normalization in Colombia is sketched: Abel Naranjo Villegas andCayetano Betancur. In these two authors, who are registered within the context of the professionalization of philosophy in the country, we are looking for an investigative path of inescapable topicality in the 21st century world, in which many of the bastions of the modernity, like the aforementioned consideration of humanism. |
| Spanish abstract | Dentro del marco de referencia del proyecto investigativo sobre el "Proceso de la Filosofía en Colombia", inspirado en la idea original de Jaime Vélez Sáenz y que tiene como propósito la preservación de la memoria filosófica nacional, se plantea una reflexión sobre el tema del humanismo en un sentido secularizador y que se pueda contrastar con la visión tradicionalista del mismo basada en la herencia latina, ejemplificada por la obra del letrado José María Rivas Sacconi. Para tal efecto se hace una presentación de la visión del humanismo basado en la herencia latina y luego se bosqueja una clave de lectura de dos autores representativos de la llamada Normalización Filosófica en Colombia: Abel Naranjo Villegas y Cayetano Betancur. En estos dos autores, que se inscriben dentro del contexto de la profesionalización de la filosofía en el país, se busca un derrotero investigativo de ineludible actualidad en el mundo del siglo XXI, en el que se revalúan de manera interesante muchos de los baluartes de la modernidad, como la mencionada consideración del humanismo. |
