| Spanish abstract | La labor del profesorado es clave para desarrollar el nuevo modelo educativo. Al profesor, le corresponde iniciar tanto la función educativa que introduzca y forme al alumno en la disciplina técnica objeto de estudio, como la función formativa, tendente a preparar al estudiante para desenvolverse debidamente tanto en el terreno profesional como humano. Así, el profesor debe potenciar la orientación al aprendizaje de sus alumnos, realizar un seguimiento cercano de la evolución de sus habilidades y conocimientos corrigiendo, en caso necesario, las posibles desviaciones. Debe desarrollar planes formativos para conseguir una profundización en el tratamiento de las competencias, en su evaluación, en técnicas y sistemas que propicien un aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida, en desarrollar entre sus estudiantes la capacidad de trabajo en equipo y, sintéticamente, en ofrecer programas formativos cuyo objetivo principal no sea transmitir un repertorio de conocimientos, sino encontrar el sistema para tutorizar las experiencias de aprendizaje de los estudiantes |
| English abstract | The work of the teacher is key to developing the new educational model. To the teacher, to correspond to begin so much the educational function that introduces and forms to the student in the technical discipline of the subject of study, as the function formative, which tends to prepare the student to manage properly so much in the professional arena like human. Like this, the teacher has to improve the orientation to the learning of his students, make a near follow-up of the evolution of his skills and knowledges correcting, in necessary case, the possible deviations. The teacher has to develop formative plans to achieve a deepening in the treatment of the competitions, in his evaluation, in techniques and systems that facilitate a learning along the life, in developing among his students the capacity of work in team and, synthetically, in offering formative programs whose main aim was not to transmit a repertoire of knowledges, but find the system for supervise the experiences of learning of the students |
