| Spanish abstract | En este trabajo se hace un análisis sobre distintas políticas que dieron fin al reparto agrario en 1992, y la instauración del Procede y poco después del Procecom, los cuales, durante el gobierno de Felipe Calderón, se fund ieron en el Fanar. El eje central del análisis es la opos i- ción de los comuneros de Zirahuén a dichos programas, haciendo explícito sus argumentos y declaraciones, hasta que en 2012, por distintos motivos, decidieron ingresar al Fondo de Apoyo para Núcleos Agrarios sin Regular i zar (Fanar) |
| English abstract | This article analyzes several policies that brought Mexico’s land reform program to an end in 1992, and the implementation of the P rocede and, later, Procecom pr o grams, which during the government of Felipe Calderón were fused in a new initiative called Fanar. The study f o- cuses on the o p position to these programs by comuneros in Zirahuén as expressed in their arg u ments and statements; although in 2012, various factors led them to enter Fanar.
