| Spanish abstract | La presente investigación se propone desarrollar un análisis semiótico del primer capítulo del libro de Apocalipsis, mediante un recorrido generativo de la significación del texto, desde una perspectiva greimasiana (Greimas, 1966). El corpus, primer capítulo del libro del Apocalipsis, se seleccionó de una población de 22 capítulos, y su análisis se hace siguiendo un procedimiento inductivo, cuyos resultados muestran que es un texto coherente y homogéneo. Asimismo, según la isotopía, este mensaje profético está formado por palabras de ánimo y de aliento, que llevarán a los seguidores de Jesucristo (las iglesias) a la vida eterna al lado de Dios; con lo cual se evidencia que Jesús tiene el poder sobre la vida y la muerte, y la eternidad es su promesa, pues Él es la única vía para llegar al cielo |
| English abstract | This investigation proposes to develop a semiotic analysis of the First Chapter of the book of the Apocalypse, by means of a generative tour of the signification of the text, from a Greimasian perspective (Greimas, 1966). The corpus, the first chapter of the Book of Apocalypse, was selected from a total of twenty two, (22) chapters, and its analysis is done by following an inductive procedure which shows that it is a coherent and homogenous text. At the same time, according to the isotopy, this prophetic message is formed by words of courage and enthusiasm that will take the followers of Jesus Christ (the churches) to eternal life at God’s side, with which is shown that Jesus has the power over life and death with eternity being his promise since he is the only way to get to Heaven |
| Other abstract | Die vorliegende Forschungsarbeit verfolgt die Aufgabe, eine semiotische Analyse des ersten Kapitels des Buches der Apokalypse zu entwickeln, mit Hilfe eines bedeutungserzeugenden Textdurchgangs aus greimasianischer Perspektive (Greimas 1966). Der Korpus, bestehend aus dem ersten Kapitel des Buches der Apokalypse, wurde aus insgesamt zweiundzwanzig (22) Kapiteln ausgewählt, und seine Analyse erfolgt mittels einer induktiven Vorgehensweise. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass es sich um einen kohährenten und homogenen Text handelt. Darüberhinaus besteht diese prophetische Vorhersage, gemäβ der Isotopie, aus besänftigenden und ermutigenden Worten, welche die Anhänger von Jesus Christus (die Kirchen) zum ewigen Leben an Gottes Seite führen sollen, womit deutlich wird, dass Jesus Gewalt über Leben und Tod hat, und dass die Ewigkeit sein Versprechen ist, denn Er ist der einzige Weg, in den Himmel zu kommen |
