| Spanish abstract | “La trayectoria poética de Alberto Quintero Álvarez” quiere aportar una visión general de la obra del guanajuatense, no sólo en lo que se refiere a sus libros de poemas –publicó dos en su breve vida: Saludo del alba (1936) y Nuevos cantares y otros poemas (1942)–, sino también respecto de diferentes composiciones en diversas publicaciones periódicas de los años 30 y 40, como Taller poético, Taller, Letras de México, etc. En el artículo se reproducen algunos de estos poemas, puesto que desde que aparecieron en las revistas mencionadas no se han reunido y dan una mejor idea del itinerario del autor, así como algunos textos en prosa que dan cuenta tanto de su propuesta poética como de sus intereses literarios |
| English abstract | “The Poetic Tendency of Alberto Quintero Álvarez” wants to provide a general vision of the work of the poet from Guanajuato not only in terms of his books of poems (two were published in his brief life: Saludo del alba from 1936 and Nuevos cantares y otros poemas from 1942) but also with regard to the different compositions in various periodical journals of the thirties and the forties like Taller poético, Taller, Letras de México, etc. In the article some of these poems are reprinted since that from their initial appearance in the abovementioned magazines, they have not been printed together and they also give a better idea of the author’s itinerary as well as some texts in prose that not only reveal his poetic proposal but also his literary interests |
