| Spanish abstract | Haciendo uso de la base de datos de la Encuesta de Microemprendimiento (EME-2013), el artículo caracteriza los perfiles de los microemprendedores en su vinculación con la tecnología y describe los atributos y usos que hacen de ella, en especial Internet y Pago Electrónico. Para ello, se realizan análisis de tipo descriptivo-correlacional y de Regresión mediante modelos Probit. Se observa que la tenencia y el grado de apropiación tecnológica es precaria y está segmentada con base a la situación de formalidad, área de actividad y avance educativo alcanzado por el emprendedor. Siendo precisamente el factor cultural-educativo el mayor estructurante de la brecha digital. Palabras clave: Microemprendimiento; TICs; brecha digital; apropiación tecnológica |
| English abstract | Using the Micro-Entrepreneurship Survey (EME-2013), the article characterizes the profiles of microentrepreneurs in their relationship with technology and describes the attributes and uses that make it, especially the Internet and Electronic Payment. For this analysis, descriptive and correlational by Probit Regression models are made. It is observed that the tenure and the degree of technological appropriation is precarious and segmented based on the situation of formality, area of activity and educational progress reached by the entrepreneur. It is precisely the cultural-educational factor that is the greatest structurant of the digital divide |
