| Spanish abstract | El presente trabajo aborda la obra de dos autores imprescindibles tanto en la literatura como en la filosofía. De Kafka y Foucault cuyo punto de reunión se encuentra en el poder disciplinario y normativo que subjetivan al individuo al interior de la sociedad burocratizada. Bajo el absurdo de la culpa y el castigo sin crimen Josef K., el protagonista kafkiano, da cuenta del secuestro del tiempo y el espacio, el orden del discurso y la obediencia autónoma, elementos con los que se sabe sujeto en libertad, pero al mismo tiempo sujeto que renuncia a cualquier acto de rebelión o resistencia |
| English abstract | This paper addresses two essential authors in literature and philosophy. It is Kafka and Foucault whose analyze the disciplinary power and regulatory thus subjectivity the individual within the bureaucratized society. Under the absurdity of the guilt and punishment without crime Josef K., the Kafka protagonist, realizes the kidnapping of time and space, order in the speech and autonomous obedience, elements relate to individual freedom, but at the same time subject that renounce to any act of rebellion or resistance |
