| Spanish abstract | Se presenta un estado del conocimiento sobre los avances que se han producido en el campo de la investigación en educación matemática, con respecto a la enseñanza y aprendizaje del concepto de espacio vectorial. Para organizar la revisión se utilizaron dos preguntas guía: ¿qué obstáculos para el aprendizaje del concepto de espacio vectorial se han identificado? y ¿qué sugerencias didácticas se han hecho para favorecer el aprendizaje con significado del concepto de espacio vectorial? Además de proporcionar respuesta a estas preguntas, el análisis de los resultados obtenidos ofrece una síntesis del conocimiento actual y una perspectiva acerca de posibles áreas para investigaciones futuras relacionadas con la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del concepto de espacio vectorial |
| English abstract | A state of the art is presented on the advances that have taken place in the field of mathematics education research in connection to the teaching and learning of the concept of vector space. Two guiding questions were used to organize the review: what learning obstacles related to the concept of vector space have been identified? and what teaching proposals have been made to promote a meaningful learning of the concept of vector space? In addition to providing answers to these questions, the analysis of the obtained results offers a synthesis of current knowledge and a perspective on possible areas for future research related to teaching and learning of the concept of vector space |
