| Spanish abstract | El trabajo persigue identificar los principales puntos de consenso y disenso entre la teoría monetaria en Marx y la teoría cuantitativa del dinero, como contribución y motivación al debate sobre la necesidad y alcance de la planificación monetaria en la construcción socialista. El estudio permite concluir que la planificación monetaria en la construcción socialista debe velar por el cumplimiento de la ley de la cantidad de papel moneda necesaria en la circulación y la ley general de la circulación, de manera que garantice la función del dinero como medida del valor y, con ello, el cumplimiento de las proporciones definidas en el plan y la reproducción del sistema socialista |
| English abstract | The article is part of a master's research work by the author, aiming at identifying the agreeing and opposite critical issues between the Marxist monetary theory and money quantitative theory, as a contribution and motivation to the debate on the need and extent of monetary planning in socialism. The survey allows to conclude that monetary planning in socialism should watch over the compliance with the law in terms of the needed soft money in its circulation and the general law or its regulation, so that it may guarantee the functioning of money as a measure of value, and, as such, the fulfillment of proportions devised by the plan and reproduction of the socialist system |
