| Spanish abstract | Este trabajo discute las características y usos del material escrito en cursos de ingeniería. Se presenta una discusión breve sobre el tipo de lectores que existen en un salón de clase, buscando caracterizar el tipo de material escrito a usar. Se habla de los libros de texto y las notas de clase, listando sus características y capacidades para ser soporte en la enseñanza de un tema. Todo se liga con la narrativa del curso, un recuento breve sobre los conceptos y teorías que se tratan durante el curso. Se dan unos comentarios finales, dejados como temas abiertos para que el lector los discuta desde su experiencia en un aula de clase. |
| English abstract | This wok discusses the characteristics and uses of written material in engineering courses. A short discussion about the type of readers present in a classroom is done, looking for characterizing the kind of written material to be used. The textbooks and lecture notes are presented with their characterization and capabilities as support in teaching a subject. These topics are linked to the course narrative, a short account about the concepts and theories treated during the course. Final comments are given as open topics to be discussed by the reader in contrast to his classroom experience. |
