Spanish abstract | Este artículo tiene como propósito analizar las relaciones fronterizas entre España y Marruecos, entre las ciudades de Ceuta y Tetuán y de Melilla y Nador, y la necesidad de incorporar un servicio público de transporte entre estas ciudades. Actualmente, las ciudades autónomas disponen de una serie de ventajas económicas y fiscales, y se consideran claves para la UE. Aunque los pasos de Tarajal y de Beni Ensar son muy transitados no se dispone de un servicio de transporte público regular en autobús que comunique las ciudades. La economía marroquí se encuentra en un proceso de apertura y debe desarrollar el sector transportes, en infraestructuras y servicios, debido a la contribución de este sector respecto a otros sectores económicos. La metodología utilizada es de tipo de descriptivo basada en el análisis documental. Los resultados obtenidos muestran la necesidad de formalizar y regular la movilidad de los habitantes de ambos países dada la peculiaridad geográfica de las ciudades de Ceuta y Melilla |
English abstract | This article has the purpose to analyze the cross-border relations between Spain and Morocco, between the cities of Ceuta and Melilla and Tetuan and Nador, and the need to incorporate a public transport service between these cities. Currently, the autonomous cities have a series of economic and fiscal advantages and are seen as key to the European Union; in despite of transit of the Tarajal and Beni Ensar is very crowded, there is not a regular public transport service network to provide the cities. The Moroccan economy is nowadays in the opening process and must develop the transport sector, in infrastructures and services, due to the contribution of this sector to other economic sectors. The methodology used is descriptive type, based on documentary analysis. The results obtained show the need to formalize and regulate the mobility of the inhabitants of both countries given the geographical peculiarity of the cities of Ceuta and Melilla |
