| Spanish abstract | Colombia completó dos meses en estado de ParoNacional desde el primer llamado a la protesta, en abril 28/2021,para pedir el retiro de la Reforma Tributaria: Ley de SolidaridadSostenible 2021. Las movilizaciones terminaron la última semanade junio, cuando el Comité Nacional del Paro informó sobre lasuspensión de las congregaciones debido a un acuerdo parcial conel gobierno nacional. Para entender el porqué del descontentoy de la continuidad de un paro que ha sentado un precedenteen la historia actual de Colombia por su consistencia y poderde convocatoria, es menester dar una mirada al contexto en elque surgió esta respuesta por parte de la población.
