| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo pretende revisar ciertas notas del pensamiento de Rawls y de qué manera el principio de tolerancia puede significar una respuesta que ilumine una interpretación amplia de algunas materias problemáticas que se le presentan al intérprete jurídico. | English abstract | The aim of this article is to examine some notes on Rawls’ thought, as well as the manner in which the principle of tolerance could lead to a broad interpretation of many problematic topics that legal interpreters come across. Nevertheless, in order to understand this principle, it is necessary to deal with other ideas of Rawls’ from the theory of utilitarism, justice and society, which, if orderly, has tolerance as its main principle, since tolerance arises from the principle of equality of liberty |
