| Spanish abstract | El lenguaje tiene una pluralidad de funciones, además de su especificidad histórica, política, cultural y retórica. Por ello, no puede ser analizado fuera de su contexto y de su forma de vivencia. Al analizar la construcción imaginario-discursiva de proverbios latinoamericanos (cubanos, españoles y brasileños), pretendemos reflexionar sobre las representaciones expresadas en esos enunciados fraseológicos, expresiones que las respectivas comunidades lingüísticas procuran vincular a su realidad, traduciendo sus preocupaciones en busca de identidades regionales (nacionales). Al mismo tiempo, trazamos como objetivo el descubrir si esos proverbios, de acuerdo con el mensaje que transmiten, consiguen disminuir las distancias culturales y lingüísticas |
| English abstract | Language has a variety of uses and plurality of functions, besides its specific history, cultural and political rhetoric. Therefore, it cannot be analyzed out of its context and way of life. Thus, the objective of this lecture is to analyze the imagetic-discursive construction of Latin American proverbs (Cuban, Spanish and Brazilian), as well as to reflect about the expressed representations in phraseologic statements that people use in their reality, reflecting on their worries in the search of their regional identity (national identity). At the same time, the objective is to find out whether the proverbs, according to the message they mean, get to narrow the cultural and linguistic distances |
