| Spanish abstract | El objetivo de la investigación es determinar las orientaciones didácticas para un plan de formación de investigadores noveles desde la experiencia de una prueba inicial de enfoque cualitativo. Se realiza un grupo focal a 5 estudiantes quienes consideraron que, el diseño de las fases presencial y de acompañamiento contribuyó al diseño, ejecución y la culminación de la investigación. Sin embargo, aspectos institucionales como la planificación de la enseñanza afectaron el desarrollo de la prueba. Por ello, las orientaciones didácticas propuestas se enmarcan en la definición de la perspectiva, la consideración de las dimensiones y condiciones básicas, y, las estrategias, recursos y herramientas del plan formación. Considerando la importancia de la temática se precisa profundizar en esta investigación |
| English abstract | The objective of the research is to determine the teaching guidelines for a plan of formation of early-stage researchers from the experience of an initial test of qualitative approach. Held a focus group to 5 students who felt that face-to-face and accompanying phases design contributed to the design, execution and completion of the investigation. However, institutional aspects such as planning of education affected the development of the test. Therefore, the proposed educational guidelines are framed in the definition of the perspective, consideration of dimensions and basic conditions, and, strategies, resources and tools of the training plan. Considering the importance of the topic is necessary to deepen in this research |
