| Spanish abstract | Se abordan aspectos teóricos relacionados con la capacitación pedagógica del docente de la carrera Técnica en Seguridad Penitenciaria. A partir de su creación en los Institutos Técnicos Superior de Formación Penitenciaria en Ecuador. Luego, se reflexiona sobre la capacitación pedagógica que se requiere, al develar sus particularidades, con el empleo de la metodología cualitativa, y métodos del nivel teórico y empírico, los cuales permitieron demostrar la necesidad e importancia de la capacitación con contenido pedagógicos y confirmar la importancia de la misma para el docente sin formación inicial pedagógica, lo cual contribuye a la formación permanente docente para su desempeño |
| English abstract | The present work focuses in theoretical aspects re-lated with the pedagogical training of the teachers of the Technical career in Penitentiary Security. As from its creation at the Superior Technical Institutes of Penitentiary formation in Ecuador, it reflects on the pedagogical training that is required, when unvei-ling his particularities, with the job of the qualitative methodology, and methods of the theoretical level and empiricist, which enabled demonstrating the need and the pedagogical importance of the training with contents and confirming the importance of the same for the teacher without initial pedagogical for-mation, which contribute to the permanent teaching formation and their performance |
