The strategies adopted by Tunisia and Jordan to control the protests and the results such strategies achieved are the subject of this paper. | Portuguese abstract | O ano de 2011 testemunhou um forte movimento por mudança na região do Oriente Médio As estratégias adotadas por Tunísia e Jordânia para controlar os protestos e os resultados que tais estratégias alcançaram são o objeto deste artigo. Ao estudar a história e o sistema político dos dois países, buscar-se-á explicar a adoção de estratégias similares.
